Trails: Boasting mainly advanced and expert downhill trails, Big Sky offers lift access to bikers off of their Ramcharger chair. Primarily offering single-track, there is also nearby Forest Service trails offer more intermediate and beginner options for cross-country riders.

Montana Snowbowl
Dates: Opens June 25th
Trails: Offering over 25 miles of downhill single-track trails, Snowbowl runs its Grizzly chairlift all summer long for mountain bikers.

Moonlight Basin
Dates: Weather dependent
Trails: Single-track and cross-country trailheads are accessible from mountain’s base, near the Moonlight Lodge. Even though the lift doesn’t operate in the summer, bikers can follow loops all around the mountain, and even ride to Big Sky Resort.

Whitefish Mountain Resort

Trails: With two different chairlifts bringing bikers to the top, Whitefish has over 20 miles of down hill single-track to offer. You can also enjoy miles of their cross-country trails and other bike loops from the top of the mountain.
