2. (Not pictured) Starting with your right hip on a Swiss ball, feet laying sideways on the ground, and arms folded over chest. Bend at the side, slowly lowering your ear to the ground in a controlled fashion, then bring yourself back up so your body is straight. Repeat for three sets of 20 reps, then switch to the left side.
